I visited the Sainsbury’s Coleraine store today. A young Lady called Lucy went out of her way to help me. She was outstanding. My Husband is disabled and was in the car. She helped me with my shopping, paid for it, and carried my bag to the car. Her kindness overcame me. I spoke to the Manager to thank her. It is not often one finds such a great young person. She was lovely in EVERY possible way. She was a Star. I was not feeling the best, and the Manager (Brian) got me water and also offered to help, etc. Such a beautiful store and staff. Thank you.
